does google block the clay chrome plugin? Trying to scrape a list of hotels from the google/travel but the plugin won't load.

I've got a column of business names that I trimmed using a formula and then copied into a new column. I cannot lookup against these values for some reason (if I delete the contents and replace with the same text the lookup works). If this was Excel I'd say there was an issue with the data type but in clay I'm not sure. Any ideas please?

Ocean.io company list output provides the company COUNTRY as a 2 letter abbreviation, any ideas how to change the output to full company name or the quickest/cheapest way to convert this to the full country name?
