Table A: 7,696 contacts from a Find People search (not yet enriched with email)
Table B: 18,000 contacts exported from Instantly (suppression list—many rows only have full name, company name is spotty)
I want to flag/remove contacts in Table A that already exist in Table B before I run email enrichment, to avoid wasting credits.
What's the best way to do a fuzzy match on name (and company where available) between these two tables? Is "Find Matches in Table" the right enrichment for this, or is there a better approach?
if I have a find people table that i've already enriched, and want to add more people with similar filters, if I select "find people" in that table, clay will auto-recognize people already in my table and won't import them, correct?
if I omit sending nested data now, but want to send nested data in the future, will that create new records in my analytics table, or will it just update existing ones?
I have a master prospecting table with ~11k rows that is currently connected to Instantly via the 'Find Leads' enrichment (with Auto-update enabled).
To keep my master table clean, I want to create a separate Analytics/Reporting Table that only contains contacts enrolled in an active Instantly sequence.
What is the most credit-efficient way to sync specific rows from my master table to this analytics table as soon as they are pushed to Instantly?
Should I use a 'Lookup' column in the analytics table to pull live status integers from the master table, or is it better to use a 'Write to Other Table' automation from the master table?
How can I ensure that the 'Auto-update' functionality for Instantly statuses continues to reflect in my separate analytics table without running duplicate enrichments?"
