My Mail answer: The "issue" is, that there is no larger plan. We have the yearly Pro Plan with maxed out 1.800.000 credits. "Alternatively, we can cancel the current annual plan early, and you can start a new one when ready." That sounds like a good idea. I was hesitating to do so, because I did not know if I break something. Can I do the cancellation and re-purchase the max annual package somehow on my own? Or do I need you help here? Hope to hear from you soon, and thanks for the support. I was a bit scared when "just purchasing the annual credits" did not work out yesterday :D

nope, we are on the highest plan and have no chance to buy more credits.

I already sent an enterprise request mid last week, but I did not get an answer yet. That is why I am writing here. In addition to that, the form is really weird to fill out because it does not cover our case that we are already a customer, maxed out and look for additional credits and functionality.
