Hello Clay Support Team, We had a monthly plan that we recently canceled — but only temporarily, as we plan to resume it in about 3 months. At the time of cancellation, the message stated that we could still use our remaining credits until August 27. However, our account now shows that the plan will end on July 27, and it seems the credits will expire then. Could you please clarify this and help us ensure that we can still use our credits until the end of August, as originally stated? Hello, I just noticed that over 2,814 of my credits were used up, even though I didn’t run anything manually and auto-updates were turned off. It looks like the "Find mobile phone" step somehow triggered on its own and ran across several rows — but I definitely didn’t start that myself. Could you take a quick look? And if possible, I’d really appreciate getting those credits refunded, pls, i need it, please. Hello, I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Clay Credits. I recently had 1,600 credits, but within a single minute, they were completely used up without any action on my part. I’m not sure what happened, and I don’t understand how the credits were consumed so quickly.
