This is a useful pattern. I’d be curious how you’re tracking the state between “lead received by Clay”, “enrichment complete”, and “routed in Sweep”.
For inbound flows, the tricky part I keep seeing is not only segmentation logic, but knowing whether each lead actually made it through the full handoff without getting stuck between systems.
