Thanks Clay Support. Follow up question: If I downgrade before my period expires, does the remaining time get pro-rated to the next time I upgrade?

Hi Hari. I understand Clay can't guarantee any timeline. But do we know how long it takes to get a response, whether it's a yes or no? I'm asking because 1 of my clients is ready to move to the paid plan asap. And the other 2 will be ready by the end of the month.

Hi Hari. I tried and still doesn't work PC: Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5

Also, today when I go to https://www.clay.com/partners/creators, it takes me to a log in page, and then it takes me to my Clay workspace. I can't seem to apply or fill out information anymore. I've applied yesterday but did not include that I already have a couple of clients interested in Clay. I want to reapply and let the know I have 3 clients ready to pay when I tell them to.
