It depends what email verification provider you’re using in your waterfall. If you’re not using a catch all verification provider like Enrichley then you should only being email valid emails and not catch all, if you’re using a catch all verification provider then you can email valid emails and catch all verified emails. You need to look at your waterfall settings so that you’re not including catch all emails as safe to send

Incorrect you can bounce for like 50 different reasons so if you’re not parsing your bounces you won’t know the actual reason for high bounce rates which is what uplifty does. Also neverbounce doesn’t verify catch alls, and you should always verify Apollo emails regardless if they say it’s verified. That’s why Apollo has a validation waterfall with Enrichley in it
