Hey everyone, we're looking for a full-time GTM Engineer for a ClimateTech based in London.
Role overview:
Automate and optimise GTM processes across the tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, N8N, HeyReach).
ā Build and maintain internal tools and workflows to enable sales and marketing teams.
ā Integrate and connect SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts.
ā Stay ahead of AI and automation trends, continuously testing and implementing new tools or features.
ā Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to identify inefficiencies and create scalable solutions.
ā Support operational needs such as reporting, data management, and certifications (e.g., SOC2).
Salary: Ā£70k+ but can be negotiable for the right candidate
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the London office
Equity: Pre Series A equity - expected raise near $100m
