Is there a native way to remove associations between two HubSpot records in Clay? Or is the only option an API call or pushing it to a HubSpot workflow?

What's the best way to automate removing rows from a table? I have a HubSpot list that is automatically syncing to a Clay table. As it automatically refreshes, it doesn't seem to delete old rows with people who are no longer on the list, only add new rows for people who get added to the list.
