I imported my HubSpot contacts as a separate table in Clay, and I’d like to make sure that sourced leads are automatically flagged as duplicates if they already exist in HubSpot. I want to check for duplicates based on first name, last name, and company name — only if all three match exactly. In the “Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table” action, what should I set as the Target Column and Row Value so that Clay identifies duplicates correctly and displays “Matching” in a separate column when a duplicate is found?

I source contacts through Clay and want to make sure that the contacts I source aren’t already in HubSpot. So Clay’s built-in auto-deduplication feature isn’t the right solution, since it only removes duplicates within a single table in clay.

I want to make sure that the contacts I source don’t get duplicated with those in HubSpot, but I only have the Explorer version, not the Pro version. Do you have any recommendations other than using the CRM integration?
