We're hiring a fractional/part-time GTM and Operations Engineer. We are looking to hire at a mid to senior level at people who understand systems and are passionate about Clay and all the amazing things it can do. We need help tuning our CRM, MAP, SEP and other platforms to help create the best in class use cases by merging all the incredible data sources into activations for Sales and Marketing.
Hours: ~10–20 hrs/week
🗺️Location: Remote. (USA & Europe Preferred; Open to others)
💰💸: Compensation: $80-90/hr for work.
The work spans complex table/workflow builds (think person-level deanonymization), wiring Clay into Salesforce, HubSpot & Outreach, and tight credit governance so we scale without burning spend. This role will also help to manage the day to day operations of managing our systems and to help to ensure data governance while we scale and grow quickly.
Looking for someone who's built GTM systems in Clay from scratch, tests tooling obsessively, documents what they build, and can help us constantly iterate on systems. HubSpot and Salesforce admin or operational experience a bonus!
