We're hiring: GTM Lead @ Ish Studio (Remote — EU or US) We're a growth partner for European deeptech, energy and infrastructure companies — think technical infrastructure, AI/LLMs, hydrogen, BESS, EV charging, grid-scale projects. Our clients need to build commercial credibility with the people writing the cheques, and we help them do exactly that. We are Webflow Premium Partners, and have a senior team that delivers projects in world class. We're scaling our GTM services and need someone to own it. The role: You'll lead our outbound operation end-to-end — managing delivery for our GTM clients, running the relationship with our external agency partner, and building out the GTM product offering so we can sell it to existing and new accounts. Mostly ABM-approach. You're not joining a blank slate — there's an established team and agency in place. You're the one who makes it run and grow. You're a good fit if you: → Have hands-on experience building Clay-powered GTM systems → Want to come into a fast-growing company and shape how things are built, not just execute → Can manage both client delivery and internal scaling at the same time → Are excited about growing into a senior role as we grow → Based in Europe or the US (Positive if you also know Webflow).
