I do a Pipedrive look up and if no organisation is found - I create a new organisation in Pipedrive What I then want to do is - if an organisation is found - I want to update that organisation with a new flag. (I want to flag in Pipedrive that this organisation has come up in the look-a-like-search) and that's what I need the organisation id for -so I can then run a column that updates Pipedrive for some of the organisations. Hope that helps explain it!
