I could really use some help. My company left ZoomInfo and we no longer have access. We are going to Clay yet the agreement sits with legal (not the fastest folks). I desperately need to gather some client detail and for the life of me can't quite figure out clay. I would love some help from a seasoned Clay user.
I have a list of companies. Within that list I want to find all of the individuals in each company with a Seniority equivalent to Director, Sr Director, VP, SVP, EVP, you could also be Selective and find: C-level / President / GM / Owner (private firms) but Exclude: Manager, Analyst, Coordinator, Specialist (unless no Director+ exists)
Within that list, we want to identify Persona tracks and label everyone’s persona
1) Supplier / Marketer track - Functions: Supply/Trading, Scheduling, Wholesale/Rack Marketing, Pricing/Revenue Mgmt, Supply Chain/Logistics, Terminal Ops Keywords: supply, trading, scheduling, rack, wholesale, pricing, revenue management, logistics, distribution, transportation, fuel operations
2) Wholesaler / Buyer / Retail fuel track - Functions: Fuel Supply/Procurement, Logistics/Dispatch, Pricing (fuel), Wholesale/Commercial Fuels, Fuel Operations; Fuel Accounting (selective) Keywords: fuel supply, fuel procurement, dispatch, logistics, pricing, revenue management, wholesale fuels, commercial fuels, fuel operations
3) Carrier / Hauler track - Functions: Operations, Dispatch, Fleet, Safety/Compliance, Service Delivery / Customer Ops Keywords: dispatch, fleet, transportation operations, safety, compliance
4) Terminal operator track - Functions: Terminal Ops, Terminal Services/Customer Ops, Measurement/Loss Control, Ops Excellence (selective) Keywords: terminal operations, rack, measurement, loss control, terminal services
5) IT / Data / Integration track (limited seats) - Functions: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance/Master Data, EDI/API, Enterprise Apps (ops/commercial) Keywords: integration, enterprise architect, master data, data governance, EDI, API, enterprise applications
Exclude Recruiting/HR, PR/Comms, Legal, Investor Relations, generic BD, generic Sales/AE, non-fuels merchandising roles.
Output fields to capture
First/Last, Title, Company, Email, Phone, City/State, LinkedIn URL (if available), Segment tag, Persona tag.
Can anyone help me figure this out?
