In different views how we can delete columns and see the workflow. I want to create views for diffrent functions. I copied and pasted the view and then start to delete the rows that i don't need in the view. Then saw that all of the colums are deleted in all of the views. Is there a way to solve that?

Than i should make another column or narrow down by filters, thanks

Is it a good use if i make limit 5000 like a huge number and get all of them at once no need to use another request?
