Hi Team, I am trying to run a few Claygents using the Argon model. At times, this returns "Error - Integration failed to run". Any ideas?
Hey Man! I can help you. The Integration failed to run error with the Argon model happens when the input is too large or the model times out shorten the prompt or remove long columns like page_content before running If it still fails switch the model to GPT-4 mini or Claude 3.5 which handle longer inputs better re-running the failed rows usually works once the input is lighter
The "Error - Integration failed to run" when using Claygents with the Argon model may occur due to:
Insufficient API tier limits: The Argon model likely requires a higher OpenAI API tier. Claygents need at least 450,000 TPM (Tier 2 or higher) for OpenAI .
Invalid or incorrect API key: Verify your OpenAI API key is correctly set in Clay and has the necessary access .
Rate limiting: High token usage or system-imposed rate limits can cause failures, especially on larger runs .
Check your OpenAI usage tier and ensure your key supports the required throughput.

The "Integration failed to run" error with Claygent typically relates to API tier requirements. For Claygent Web Research, you need Tier 2 or higher OpenAI API access (≥450,000 TPM). [1]
Check your OpenAI API usage tier at platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits. If you're on Tier 1 or free plan, upgrade to Tier 2 for reliable Claygent performance.
Also ensure your search queries are specific and monitor your API quotas for processing delays.
