For the job change signal, are we charged based on every search run, or every result returned? Imagine I'm tracking 1000 contacts in a month, and there are 10 job changes across those 1000 contacts in the month. Does it cost 1000 credits or 10 credits?

In your example tracking 1000 contacts monthly, you'd pay 0.2 × 1000 = 200 credits regardless of whether there are 0 or 10 job changes detected.
