Claygent slowness can be caused by several factors:
Rate Limits & API Issues:
Recent updates to Claude Sonnet 3.7 doubled estimated token usage per Claygent run, making it more conservative but stable
For reliable Claygent performance, you need 450,000 TPM (tokens per minute) on your OpenAI API
Low API limits can cause yellow warnings indicating slow performance
Processing Optimization:
Ensure search queries are specific and well-defined
Break large data requests into smaller batches
Monitor your usage limits and API quotas
Check your OpenAI API usage tier at platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits to verify you meet the TPM requirements for optimal Claygent performance .
