if i have 2000 rows, how can i hide 1000 and only work with those 1000

You can limit your table to show only specific rows using row limits:

Alternatively, use filters to hide specific rows based on criteria. Click Filter above the table, select a column, and set conditions like "contains," "equal to," or "is not empty" to show only the rows you want to work with. [2]
