Question on Waterfall Enrichment Behavior with Mobile Providers

When running waterfall enrichment (on mobile) I am not sure why it runs the 3rd provider when the 2nd provided a number, is this expected? I understand I can break these out into individual enrichments and build in checks, trying to sort out if I am missing something within the waterfall piece specifically.

This is expected behavior. Even when an enrichment is successful, if it doesn't return the specific data point you're looking for, the waterfall continues to the next provider. [1]
For phone enrichments specifically, multiple providers can run in a row because each provider runs independently. The waterfall continues until a valid result is found or all providers are exhausted. It's challenging to prevent multiple providers from finding results since they operate separately.
So if the 2nd provider returned a number but it wasn't considered valid (or didn't meet your specific criteria), the 3rd provider would still run. This is how the waterfall logic works - it keeps going until it finds what it considers a valid result.
