Hey everyone quick question. I’ve recently noticed that one of my leads has changed their job. But whenever I go back to my clay table, they still have the same job title. How can I automatically update my leads on my tables when they have changed their jobs etc?
You can automatically update your leads when they change jobs using our Monitor for job changes feature:

Click Actions, then select Monitor for job changes [1]
2.
Select your table containing contact URLs
3.
Enable Update outdated rows to add new rows when contact's current company no longer matches your records
4.
Set how often the monitoring should run
For broader automatic updates, enable Auto-update at the table level:
Click your table name → Select Enable auto-update [2]
This automatically runs all columns when rows are added or edited
You can also set up automated CRM enrichment workflows that pull existing contacts, enrich them with current company and job title information, then compare against stored data to identify discrepancies and flag potential job changes [3].
For real-time updates, consider using webhooks to automatically receive data when specific events occur .
