Hi Team, I am getting an error Says "runtime error"
Runtime errors typically happen when there's missing or invalid input data for your enrichments.
Try this quick fix first:
Right-click on the column with errors
Hover over "Run Column" and select "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors" [1]
If that doesn't work, check if the rows with runtime errors are missing required data like company domains, website URLs, or other key identifiers that your enrichment needs to run.
You can also try force running the column by clicking the column header, hovering over "Run column field" and selecting "Force" to jump start it.
What type of enrichment are you running on these companies?
If you still need help resolving the runtime errors, I’m here to assist you further. Would you like to provide more details about the enrichment you’re trying to run or any other issues you’re encountering?
Good to hear the first 10 are working! Since you're at 97% completion with intermittent runtime errors, this suggests the enrichment is mostly functioning but hitting issues with specific rows.
The runtime errors are likely caused by missing or invalid input data for those particular companies - things like missing website URLs, invalid domains, or other required identifiers.
Can you check if the rows showing runtime errors are missing any key data like company domains or website URLs compared to the successful ones?
they have the same data
Since the data looks identical, this might be a performance issue. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page first.
If that doesn't help, force run the column by clicking the column header, hovering over "Run column field" and selecting "Force" to jump start it.
You can also click on any cell with a runtime error and select "Troubleshoot with AI" - this will analyze the logs and give you specific recommendations for that error. [1]
Are you seeing any specific error messages when you click into the failed cells?
If you still need help with the runtime errors or troubleshooting steps, I’m here to assist you further. Would you like to share more details about what you’re trying to resolve or any other issues you’re facing?
