Hi Team, I lead RevOps at my company and we're growing our sales team's headcount. We now have multiple users in our Clay instance using our credits. Tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc. allow an admins to assign or allocate "X" number of the team's total credits to individual users. Does anyone know if Clay has similar functionality? I'd be shocked if it didn't but the AI support here didn't seem to think so: https://clayrunhq.slack.com/archives/C025KSBLPGX/p1761837989860679 Also, if this functionality is currently not in the platform, do other admins have best practices or workarounds they can share? Thanks all!

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for reaching out and for using Clay.
We're currently working on features to track and limit unwanted spending, and this is a priority on our roadmap to be released for all users in the future.
Regarding current best practices, there isn't a great deal that can be controlled on a per-user basis at this time. However, we recommend exercising caution with large runs by experimenting with small groups of rows and columns first to understand and estimate credit spending through extrapolation. I'd also suggest turning off auto-update while initially building a table (or adding large numbers of rows) to prevent accidental credit usage, until credit spend for a row can be better understood for that table.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.
