use clay to push leads to campaigns via api directly use add lead to campaign enrichment to do that

For the first method, we recommend using the native "Add Lead to Campaign" enrichment since it might be easier. Here is our Clay University Guide for Smartlead which provides a step by step overview of how to utilize the integration.
