Turning App Reviews into B2C Leads: Strategies for Success
How I’m Trying to Turn App Reviews into B2C Leads - Client project :) Hey everyone 👋 I’m Aleks — still pretty new to Clay and learning how to structure more effective campaigns. Right now, I’m exploring a B2C lead generation project in Germany in the lottery and giveaway (Gewinnspiel) space. The idea: I’d like to scrape App Store / Google Play reviews from popular lottery apps (like Lotto24 or Lottoland) to identify potential users who already engage with these products — and then enrich, filter, and segment those reviews directly in Clay. Here’s what I’d ideally like to do:
🧩 Detect sentiment (positive/negative)
🧠 Extract emails or social handles if mentioned
🎯 Classify potential users for outreach or remarketing
Since I’m still finding my way around Clay, I’m not sure what the best setup or enrichment sequence would look like for this use case. Would you:
start with a PhantomBuster / SerpAPI scraper?
or can this be done fully within Clay (maybe using Sculptor)?
I’m also fully aware that projects like this must respect GDPR and data privacy rules, so I’m being careful not to store or use any personal data that’s not publicly available or consented to. If anyone has experience building similar App Review → Lead Generation flows in Clay — I’d love to see how you structured your tables, prompts, or logic. 🙏 Thanks in advance for any guidance or examples! —Best regards, Aleks
